- The Program starts from 1 October 2022 and ends on 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
- The Program is only applicable to designated DHL customers who have (a) received an EDM or MMS (the “Message”) in respect of the Program directly from DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“DHL”), (b) registered online to participate in the Program at http://shipping.dhl.com.hk/promo/DM2205-5_Reg; (c) purchased Eligible DHL Products (as defined below) through their account(s) with DHL within the Promotion Period, and the relevant invoice shall be issued within the month of shipment sent; and (d) settled payment in Hong Kong within the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).
- The Program applies to the following DHL international service products (document or non-document): DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE, DHL EXPRESS 9:00, DHL EXPRESS 10:30, DHL EXPRESS 12:00, DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE IMPORT (collectively “Eligible DHL Products”).
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a transaction which satisfies all the conditions set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 above shall be an “Eligible Transaction”.
- To redeem the gift of the relevant Tier as designated in the Message (“Gift”), an Eligible Customer must:
A) Basic Reward:
Tier 1: total shipment charges reach HK$3,000; or
Tier 2: total shipment charges reach HK$4,000; or
Tier 3: total shipment charges reach HK$5,000 or above.
The total shipment charges shall exclude duties and taxes.
B) Add-on Reward:
Complete at least one (1) Eligible Transaction in each calendar month (i.e. three (3) consecutive calendar months) of the Promotion Period.
- An Eligible Customer shall enter the “Invitation Code” in the Message during the registration process. All DHL accounts of the same Eligible Customer shall be considered as one single Eligible Customer and each Eligible Customer shall only be entitled to receive one Gift for each Tier during the Promotion Period. Information submitted cannot be changed once registration is confirmed.
- In the event that Eligible Customers fail to redeem the Gift within the specified period, the eligibility for Gift redemption shall be cancelled without prior notice and shall not be compensated.
- The photographs in the Message are for reference only. The Gifts will be offered on a random basis and are not subject to return nor exchange.
- Gifts are only available while stocks last.
- The Gift cannot be sold, re-sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of to any other person, in exchange for cash, other products or discounts or other considerations. There shall not be any refund, compensation or claim (of any kind) on, for or in connection with any unclaimed or unused Gifts (or any portion thereof), any service or entitlement thereto (or any portion thereof).
- The Gift will be delivered to Eligible Customer’s correspondence address as registered in its accounts with DHL within two (2) months from the end of the Promotion Period.
- Eligible Customers must have fully settled DHL’s charges in respect of the Eligible Transactions before receipt of Gift.
- DHL is not a manufacturer of the Gift, and will in no event accept any liability or responsibility in relation thereto.
- DHL reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Should any dispute arise from or in relation to the Program, DHL’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
- DHL’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage shall apply to the Eligible DHL Products. For more information, please visit dhl.com.hk.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
