Terms and Conditions of DHL REWARDs Birthday Promotion (this “Program”)
  1. Promotion Period:  from today until 31 July 2021 (both dates inclusive).
  2. This Program is applicable to customers of DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“DHL”) who have registered the “DHL REWARDs Loyalty Program” and received the relevant promotional email or promotional SMS (“Eligible Customer(s)”).
  3. Within the Promotion Period, each Eligible Customer who has successfully sent international shipment(s) (document or non-document) at the designated DHL ServicePoints (as listed below) and presented the relevant promotional email or promotional SMS d will be eligible to get a gift for each transaction, regardless of the number of waybill(s) or shipment(s).
  4. Gifts are only available while stock lasts.
  5. DHL is not a manufacturer, supplier or retailer of the gift, and shall in no event have any liability or responsibility in relation thereto.
  6. The gift is non-exchangeable and cannot be sold, re-sold or transferred, in exchange for cash, other products or other considerations.
  7. There shall not be any refund, compensation or claim (of any kind) on, for or in connection with any gifts, any service or entitlement thereto (or any portion thereof).
  8. The offer under this Program cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
  9. In case of any disputes, DHL reserves the right of final decision.
  10. DHL reserves the right to alter any aspects of this Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.

  12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
  13. No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).
  14. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  1. Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.
  2. Shipments sent before the above-mentioned cut-off times will be uploaded to the next available flight.
