Terms and Conditions of Receiver Paid Service Promotion (this “Program”)


  1.  Promotion Period:  from 1 April 2021 until 30 April 2021 (both dates inclusive).​
  2. This program is applicable to customers of DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“DHL”) who have  purchased the Receiver Paid Service (the “Service”) at https://mydhl.express.dhl/hk/en/home.html (“MyDHL+”) (“Eligible Customer(s)”).
  3. Each Eligible Customer who has successfully:-
    1. created a waybill (the “Waybill”) through MyDHL+ and sent an international shipment  using the Service; and

    2. arranged for payment of the Service at Public Tariff by credit card in Hong Kong; and

    3. registered the inbound shipment waybill details on designated website,
      within the Promotion Period will be eligible to get a DHL Kitchen Scale (the “Gift(s)”) for each Waybill, regardless of the number of shipment.

  4. A Gift redemption letter will be emailed to the Eligible Customer(s) who has satisfied all the conditions set forth in paragraph 3 above at his/her registered email address within thirty (30) days after the relevant shipment has been delivered. Such Eligible Customer can redeem the Gift  at designated DHL Service Points upon presentation of the Waybill and the Gift redemption letter on or before the deadline (as stated in the Gift redemption letter) (the “Deadline”).
  5. The Gift must be redeemed on or before the Deadline.
  6. Gifts are only available while stock lasts.
  7.  DHL is not a manufacturer, supplier or retailer of the Gift, and shall in no event have any liability or responsibility in relation thereto.
  8. The Gift is non-exchangeable and cannot be sold, re-sold or transferred, in exchange for cash, other products or other considerations.​​
  9.  There shall not be any refund, compensation or claim (of any kind) on, for or in connection with any Gifts, any service or entitlement thereto (or any portion thereof).
  10. The offer under this Program cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
  11.  In case of any disputes, DHL reserves the right of final decision.
  12.  DHL reserves the right to alter any aspects of this Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.

  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
  15. No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance   (Cap.623).
  16.  In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
