DHL快D排」(「本活動」)之條款與細則

  1. 本活動由202231日開始至2022430日終止(包括首尾兩天)(「推廣期」) 。

  2. 在推廣期內,敦豪國際速遞(香港)有限公司(「DHL」)客戶通過以下方式獲得籌號,即可獲贈禮品一份(「禮品」)︰

    1. DHLD排程式https://dhlhkline.com/ ; 或

    2. DHLDWhatsApp http://wa.me/85296653455

  3. 禮品數量有限,先到先得,換完即止。每個速遞中心每天的禮品數量不同,DHL 將不時更改,恕不另行通知。

  4. DHL不是禮品的生產商、供應商或零售商,恕不承擔任何相關責任或義務。

  5. 所有禮品均不可被轉換,並且不能出售、轉售或轉讓或以其他方式兌換現金、其他產品或其他回報。

  6. 任何就未有領取或未有使用的禮品(或其中之任何部分)、任何服務或相關權利(或其中之任何部分)所作出的任何類型退款要求、索償或申索,概不受理。

  7. 禮品圖片只供參考。禮品隨機送出,不設退換。

  8. 本活動恕不適用於持有DHL賬戶之客戶。

  9. 本活動不可與其他優惠或折扣同時使用。

  10. 如有任何爭議,DHL保留最終決定權。

  11. DHL保留隨時在不另行通知的情況下更改本活動的條款及細則及/或終止本活動的權利。

  13. 本條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區之法律管轄及按之解釋。

  14. 任何第三者權益將不可按《合約(第三者權利)條例》(第623章)強制執行。

  15. 若本條款及細則之中文及英文版本出現歧義,概以英文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions of "DHL HK Line Promotion" (this "Program")

  1. This Program starts from 1 March 2022 and ends on 30 April 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

  2. During the Promotion Period, customers of DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“DHL”) will be eligible to get a gift (“Gift”) by getting a service ticket from:

    1. DHL HK Line https://dhlhkline.com/ ; or

    2. DHL HK Line WhatsApp http://wa.me/85296653455

  3. Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The amount of Gift per day for each Service Point may vary and shall be subject to change by DHL from time to time without prior notice.

  4. DHL is not a manufacturer, supplier or retailer of the Gift, and shall in no event have any liability or responsibility in relation thereto.

  5. The Gift is non-exchangeable and cannot be sold, re-sold or transferred, in exchange for cash, other products or other considerations.

  6. There shall not be any refund, compensation or claim (of any kind) on, for or in connection with any unclaimed or unused Gifts (or any portion thereof), any service or entitlement thereto (or any portion thereof).

  7. The photograph(s) of the Gift is/are for reference only. The Gift(s) will be offered on a random basis and are not subject to return nor exchange.

  8. This Program is not applicable to customers who have DHL accounts.

  9. This Program cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.

  10. Should any dispute arise from or in relation to this Program, DHL’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

  11. DHL reserves the right to alter any aspects of this Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.

  12. DHL’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage shall apply to all services provided by DHL. For more information, please www.dhl.com.hk

  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

  14. No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).

  15. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
