使用DHL Express付運次數未如以往頻繁之主要原因是? Tell us the main reason that you are shipping less with DHL Express.
  • 我們依照收貨人的要求付運 We ship according to consignee nomination
  • 我們的付運需求不多 We ship less than we used to (i.e. less demand from customer)
  • 服務未及預期快捷 Speed was not as good as expected
  • 預約收件、貨件追蹤及帳務不如預期方便 Ease of use was not good as expected (i.e. booking a shipment, tracking, billing serivce)
